1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. However, due to sanitary and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened or the product has been used. Please make sure to thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival before opening any sealed packaging.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly replace it for you.


3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to arrange a return and issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and well-being of all our customers, certain items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal care products

  • Cosmetics

  • Intimate apparel

  • Any products that come into direct contact with the skin or body

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
